Becca Rubenfeld is cofounder and COO of AnchorWatch, a provider of bitcoin custody solutions and regulated custody insurance. Prior to founding AnchorWatch, she honed operational and strategic expertise and a customer focus during a corporate career at familiar names like Starbucks and Target. Most recently at Starbucks, she held a leading role in the design, build and administration of the company’s largest fintech program—administering spending procedures and compliance activities for more than $20B annually. Other roles have surround concept innovation, financial planning and management, supply chain and merchandising and have involved autonomy over budgets as large as $450M.
